My balls are a bit stiff

I am, of course, referring to the balls in my ball lock cornelius connectors

Is it OK to grease them - would lubrication help?

When you say “stiff” () do you mean they don’t click in to lock? If so, I had this with one of my (new) beer posts. Just couldn’t get it to lock on. I found that by unscrewing the post slightly I could get it to engage.

Thanks - but actually no - I have to push them down very hard to get them to click into place - started resorting to a mallet. Is this what you mean?

Any unscented/ unflavoured personal lube should do the job.

Being a tight fisted (stop sniggering at the back) , I use knock off KY jelly from Home bargains, which is a couple of quid a tube. The real stuff is surprisingly expensive.
