Hey guys here is my first Beer Kit. I went for the Evil Dog Double IPA by Brewdog Brews.

4 and a bit Sainsburys Scottish Mountain Water 5L
Harris Pure Brew
SG 1.059
Temp 25.5 0C
Yeast Pitch 01:15

I brewed back in 2010, so this is a return to the hobby. I have had 1 wine kit fail so far, so deffo still learning. This is also my first time trying out Star San so will see how it goes.
