i think I ill try one next weekend when some friends who are cider drinkers are coming round for paella! Planning on keeping it till xmas I guess.
I purposefully bottled 2 in clear so as to keep a visual record.
Im not expecting great things as it was the first one. I just did today another - with 200g extra sugar.
It can only get better with time!
