Newly registered member (and an alcoholic).
Like a few on here I imagine, newly retired, dabbled in home brewing before but like to give it a good go now. Just made my first successful Blaand (determined not to waste all the whey my son makes thrice weekly with his yogurt)
Looks to be a good year for plums, so plum wine, will be having a go at elderflower this weekend, cider and try not to let all the pears go to waste this season. If there is any other use for fruit apart from alcohol then I am ignorant of it.
Please prepare for a lot of questions.
