Currently i have three different beers in my collection ready to brew. I will be doing the Mr Beer Bewitched drink tonight, but must admit that i am most looking forwrd to making the English Bitter next.

The only problem is that we will be moving back to the UK in a few months, so it may have to wait till i get back and can give it a bit of time to mature, rathe than having to drink it all down before we pack our things up and have them shipped over. So for now my next brew will be the Bewitched ale.

All the tins that you see in the picture above are in packing boxes that should be here in the next week. So for now I have brought a Winter Warmer brew and a 1kg of brew enhancer. So this will be the next brew that I hope to get going g this weekend. Not the English bitter but I have heard good things about the Geordie Winter Warmer, so I am looking forward to it being ready for the long cold winters nights ahead.

The Winter Warmer is on currently and to tell you the truth, I am not expecting high things from it. I will wait and see though, as I have been surprised in the past.

The next beer that I will put down is the English Bitter kit from Coopers (as seen in the picture above). This will be going with the Black Rock Light Malt Extract, the hops and an English Ale Yeast. I really hope this turns out nice and I have been looking forward to doing this one for a bit now.
