Nettle and _____ wine - Any ideas?

So, I'm going to make myself some nettle wine, and would like suggestion on what else to add. If they're a common foragaable plant that would be brilliant, but I do not mind using shop-bought produce.

It actually tastes pretty good as just nettle I found. A bit wierd lol, but still pretty good.

Are nettle tops still good to pick right now for brewing? I wasn’t sure if something happens when they start growing seeds
