New CML yeasts

I use CML Five yeast regularly. It takes off like a bomb and is often finished two to three days after pitching and never any off flavours. I cannot fault it. It is fast becoming my only yeast as it is so forgiving.

so much so that I posted some to my step son in Australia!

It sounds like the batch I had may have been an exception. They have been kept in the fridge since I received them, maybe they had some issues in transit.

Still have a Five to use, will monitor that carefully.
