New(?) idea for red wine from supermarket ingredients

But you can get 2 x 27 bottles from a 1Kg pack so you'd use 110g- 120g for 6 bottles.

I've made some reasonable red from red grape powder bought on ebay. They do sometimes throw in finings even though it's not mentioned in the listing but you could always ask them not to include it.
