New kegs

Hi all
So after years of bottling I have taken the plunge into kegging. With thanks to brewkegtap I now have 3 brand new kegland kegs and kegorator kit for 2 taps.
I know I need to strip and clean them but want to check that using oxy is going to get rid of any oils etc? Seen online about tsp with mixed reviews so thought would ask you guys. Don't have any tsp hense the question..

Ok so just realised that pre-carbonate sodium solution (as recommended by kegland) is probably the same as sodium percarbonate that is in the whizz oxi powder I have. Dohhhh!!!
