Welcome to the Forum.:thumb:

By far the easiest wine to make from scratch is one based on shop bought ingredients so I suggest that you have a trawl through the Wine Recipe section of the Forum.

Enjoy!:gulp:

Occasionally I make wine from shop bought 100% grape juice, this is what I do...

1. Empty 4L of grape juice into a 4.5L demijohn.
2. Add 1 campden tablet to the demijohn, insert a bung and leave for 24 hours.
3. After 24 hours add 5g of yeast to the demijohn, insert the bung and shake vigorously.
4. Replace the bung with an airlock and leave for 3 months.
5. After 3 months siphon into 5 75cl bottles.

Everything that comes into contact with the juice/wine needs to be sanitised.
