Hi
Just joined the forum. I’ve been full mash brewing for 2 years now after many years using kits.
My garage has never smelt so good since I started full mash brewing and the beer is so much better than using kits.
Having just bought a Klarstein all in one brewing kit just before Christmas, could someone tell me if it is better to put all the liquor in the mash and recirculate using the pump etc. For the required time or mash with less water and then sparge to required volume. Thanks
