Hi all I’m new to the forum, just thought I’d say hi.
I’ve brewed with kits for many years, wine, beer and partial mash. I’ve just stepped up to all grain so seemed sensible to join in and have all your knowledge for emergencies.....!!

Hi, I should probably have led with that....!
I’m based in Plymouth, I tend to lean towards bitter styles, but have found myself liking the more hoppy, American style ales, but I’ll sup owt to be fair....
I’ve currently got a bass clone in the fermenter, but looks a lot lighter than I expected, so may end up being a very light bitter, smells good though
I’ve just bought myself a Grainfather bundle and have to say it went like a dream...
