Hi both and thanks for the welcome. Chippy_Tea, I'm making my own rather than using kits. At the moment I've got Rosehip, Elderflower, Marrow, Ribena and Rice & Raisin on the go. I also have a 4 gallon batch of Mead on the go. I'm trying to live a more sustainable life and want to make wine using stuff I can grow or forage as much as possible. Looking forward to making blackberry and some apple too.
