Haslet, bloody love it but haven't had it on ages (probably since we left Lincolnshire). Sunday night teas at my Nan's, Haslet and brawn, and sherry trifle for pud. Yum!

When my Mum and Dad still lived on our small farm in Lincs, I can remember her making brawn with rabbits that I'd shot and pork fat from pigs we had slaughtered on farm. Proper food.
