No time to bottle my stout

Hi I've done a dark rock cafe espresso stout and added the britewort and coffee essence two days ago. The instructions say bottle after two days but something has come up and I won't have time until Saturday. Will it be OK? Will I lose any flavours?

Yes it will be fine. You're using coffee extract rather than beans so you won't extract any extra astringency as would be the concern with beans. RDWHAHB.
