I forgot to add the full amount off sugar to me brew when starting. With this brew you add the sugar to hot water and mix in when bottling...Could i add a little extra sugar in that process??

Nooooo - the bottling sugar would have been measured out to get the right carbonation level for the batch size - more and it'll eaither be mad fizzy or explode the bottles.

You could add the extra sugar now and wait a few days for it to ferment out, then add the bottling sugar as normal.

As @Drunkula has stated don't add the extra at bottling unless you want bottle bombs and as he said add it now and wait a few days.Boil some water and add to a jug with the sugar, mix, cover with cling film and let it cool before adding. This will sterilise your jug eliminating any nasties.

Thanks wasn't going to add all the sugar just like a ounce but i will tey what you have recommended.
Cheers
