I have a lager in the fermenter until Saturday.

Just to clarify, I was only joking I've actually sent a very conformist pilsner.

Disappointed.

Yep, probably spread it across Friday and Saturday so you’ve got a week to get your entry in.

I pulled a Czech Pilsner from the fermenter over the weekend. It clearly won’t be a contender at just 1 week old when you try it but I wouldn’t mind some feedback if you’re game

If it’s still hazy next Saturday and you don’t fancy it you can leave it in the fridge and give me some feedback at another time.

That’s good, thanks for letting us know. The bottles I have here have cleared so you may be in with a chance if you chill it right away and leave it until last to judge. Maximum clearing and conditioning time - every little helps!

I haven't tried my dark lager myself yet so I hope its drinkable!!
