Afternoon all! Received a starter kit from my wife for Christmas and brewed my first batch of Amber Ale yesterday. Thought I'd register on here to get some advice help me out for future batches!

BTW, thirty plus years ago on our first trip to France I told SWMBO that I would meet her in a bar just up the street "You can't miss it." I said "It's called Stella Artois.":wave:By the time we met up I was well away so fairly immune from her irritation!
