By beer for the comp and the BIPA brew off are safely in the hands of the post office. When they arrive get em proper cold lads and enjoy.

I have a total of 15 requests. I currently have 3 arrived. I am trying to work out the best way to judge them if all 15 arrive. I am thinking Maybe pour half and cap the bottle to drink later at my own leisure. The judging could stretch over 3 nights.
Any suggestions are welcome

He's invested quite a bit to pack it up but maybe he'll change his mind.

I did wonder that too. A dark saison

It was mainly as I had some spare beer about and thought it might as well go in the comp. Plus it was an idea of mine to make a kind of malty saison. Not sure what that makes it, but its pretty tasty imho

I have 13 beer in total so far. I am expecting another 4 BIPA's.
The range in beer is great. Anything from an ESB to an imperial stout, few German beer, couple of Belgian. Really can't wait to get started

I have a good strategy sorted. First port of call was to explain to the wife that I would be drinking every night next week.

No rush, although mine have already been sent by the queens finest post service
