The Rose kit is the one I did four times, before being restricted to beer. It does the job, alright! Added grape juice and blackcurrant cordial for variety to the last three.
It is good at between 3 and 6 months from pitching, but really has to be drunk not much later than 6 months. Just not enough actual juice to improve beyond that, but it does the job of going down easily and making you "relaxed".
