Orange wine

hi all
Fancied this but never got round to it so a day off work I thought why not here's my recipe
1ltr wgj
1ltr pure orange juice
1 can of 850gram of ma made seville orange thin cut
1 tsp pectolase
1tsp yeast nutrient
1 Camden tablet
750 grams of sugar
sg was 1090
