The girl loves her peanut butter milk stouts. and for valentines she has selfishly bought me a coopers stout kit, some lactose and some peanut butter powder.. not a very subtle hint.

In regards to using the PB powder. do I have to make an extract using vodka?

how would I go about doing so?

Any recommendations on amount of PB for a 19L brew?

Dried Peanut Butter. Per the directions on the package, you mix 2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter with 1 tablespoon of liquid. I tried water, and I also tried mixing it with almond milk. Both were delicious. Once prepared this looks just like real peanut butter, and it can be used just as regular peanut butter would be used.

They have loads of stout recipes using Peanut Butter in the Recipes section.

Hope this helps.:thumb:
