Pear and apple juice from Sainsburys is not from concentrate does it need to be from concentrate please.

For TC it doesn't have to be from concentrate, as long as it's pure apple/pear juice with nothing else added..

How did you get on with this? I saw the pear and apple yesterday.

I tried an apple and mango last year but the mango flavour virtually disappeared after fermentation leaving just the apple, so am reticent to try the pear.
