Pear cider on the rocks

Done pear cider kit on the rocks been in first fv for 16 days is it ok to leave it over the weekend before I rack off into bottling bucket

Yep. No problem at all.

You would have to leave it months before running into issues with autolysis off flavours.

In my experience, cider really benefits from long conditioning periods.
