I recently bought myself a 32L Peco boiler so I'm able to increase the size of my brews, from the 15L cooking pot I was using on the stove. I'm also considering dumping the cooler box mash tun and just doing a BIAG brew since it seems to be so much easier.

What mash tun volume, weight etc do people use as their stats for their BeerSmith profile?

Can look later unless someone get on before me.
