Hi all,
After a bit of your knowledge, I have bottled a new Zealand pilsner in both plastic and glass bottles, the glass bottles the lager is as clear as but the plastic bottles looks like the sediment has stuck to the sides of the bottles giving it a cloudy appearance, any advice would be great.
Cheers.

Pour a pint from the PET and see if it pours clear. I use PETs from time to time and I haven't noticed anything sticking to the sides. BUT I've observed that Bohemian Pilsner yeast tends to form a very hard layer in my glass bottles and it's difficult to shift just by rinsing and shaking, so it might be the type of yeast you're using.
