Interested to hear how this plays out

Bottled this brew yesterday. OG 1050. FG 1000, so ABV 6.56%. This will take some clearing, particularly the last 2 or 3 bottles as there was a lot of sediment at the bottom of the FV. The last 2 look like chicken soup!!!.
No worries though if they don't clear, as I will still drink them! :laugh8:

Can imagine this being quite sweet with the Canderel and the sweetened yeast. Also interested to hear what it's like though!

Did you get the explosive pineapple fermentation 😄

I made this mainly as an experiment. All of the previous TC's I've made have been medium dry so I just want to see how it turns out. If it does turn out too sweet for my taste, I'll give it to my grandson and his mates as they love all that Kopperbourg stuff! :laugh8:

Bottle it and add some sugar for Carbonation and you may get a Lilt flavoured alcopop...

I've already done that! Yesterday! Three quarters of a spoon per 330 ml bottle! They are all carbonating now in the warm for 2 weeks.
Believe it or not, they're already starting to clear with sediment showing at the bottom! :D

Will the sweeteners do much to it I have some mj cider yeast but worried about it not being sweet enough
