Would you be so kind as to look over this recipe, I have had to copy this over to the malt millers site for ordering and as I am completely clueless I'm not sure when the recipe asks for northern brewer hops at 2 x 23g if it mean pellets or whole hops, I'm not sure which it is So I was hoping an experienced brewer could check my quants as I have had to convert these as well.
The brew is for a Grainfather recipe.
Also rather then putting in loads of jam could I use an essence instead or does it need the sugar from the jam to get it SG?
