Ok, comments were taken on board. I did 35 IBUs with Columbus at 60 mins. Whirlpool had 15g incognito mosaic and 30g mosaic. Biotransformation dry hop of 30g mosaic and 15g lupomax mosaic, then a proper dry hop of 160g mosaic and 85g lupomax mosaic.

Final result is very close and, hands down, the best beer I've made.

Try increasing the end of boil hops at a ratio of 1:1.4:2 for the last 15:10:5 mins. Deffo FWH it for sure
