But after decades of neglect i support anything that brings more money into the area.
Outside the "city" the situation is and has been for years rather desperate.

The 'Big 6' have turned into the 'Mega 3', I would be very surprised if any other team could break into the top 3 this season. Fourth place and the Europa places feel wide open though.
Manchester United have sacked manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer following Saturday's 4-1 defeat at Watford.
The club have won just one of their past seven Premier League matches and are seventh in the table, 12 points behind leaders Chelsea.
First-team coach Michael Carrick has been placed in temporary charge while United seek an interim manager to the end of the season.
"It is with regret that we have reached this difficult decision," United said.
United added: "While the past few weeks have been disappointing, they should not obscure all the work he has done over the past three years to rebuild the foundations for long-term success.
"Ole leaves with our sincerest thanks for his tireless efforts as manager and our very best wishes for the future."
Solskjaer is a former Red Devils player, scoring 126 goals in 11 seasons from 1996-2007 including the winner in the 1999 Champions League final.
United said in their statement: "His place in the club's history will always be secure, not just for his story as a player, but as a great man and a manager who gave us many great moments.
"He will forever be welcome back at Old Trafford as part of the Manchester United family."
United next play when they travel to Spain to take on Villarreal in the Champions League on Tuesday, before league games against Chelsea and Arsenal.
Darren Fletcher will stay on as technical director, while Mike Phelan and Kieran McKenna - who were part of Solskjaer's coaching set up - will also remain at the club for the time being.
Former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane, currently out of work, is an early favourite with bookmakers to become United's next manager.

Arthur Masuaku scored a bizarre late winner as top-four hopefuls West Ham twice came from behind to beat Premier League leaders Chelsea in a pulsating encounter at London Stadium.
After collecting the ball wide on the left, Masuaku arrowed a cross-cum-shot past Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy at his near post to send the Hammers supporters into ecstasy.
Thiago Silva broke the deadlock for Chelsea in the first half, heading Mason Mount's corner past Lukasz Fabianski via the inside of the post.
West Ham were gifted a chance to equalise when Edouard Mendy brought down Jarrod Bowen following a poor backpass from Jorginho, allowing Manuel Lanzini to stroke home from the penalty spot.
Bowen's low drive from the edge of the area restored parity once more before Masuaku's remarkable 87th-minute winner.
The win consolidates West Ham's place in the top four, while Chelsea will drop to third if Manchester City and Liverpool win this weekend.

The Premier League said Watford had "an insufficient number of first-team players available to fulfil the match".
It added that the decision was taken "with regret" and apologised for "the inconvenience and disruption caused".
The Premier League added: "In considering any application to postpone, the board considers a range of sporting and medical factors.
"Each decision is taken on a case-by-case basis with everyone's health of utmost importance.
"In light of the recent rise in Covid-19 cases across the country, the Premier League has reintroduced emergency measures. These include protocols such as more frequent testing, wearing face coverings while indoors, observing social distancing and limiting treatment time."
