Hi guys, some help appreciated please.
I have this from the Malt Miller and at £32 I would like it to stretch as far as I can without ruining the beer (tight Scottish git)
Two questions, could I add 500g if spraymalt at the end of the boil(or the start?) and make it up to 23 or 25. Litres, it’s a 20l kit 350g of hops, a 200g dry hop!
Also, if I do this should I use both these yeasts?
Cheers

Your first photo shows stuff from BrewUK, not Malt Miller. I wouldn't mess about trying to get a few litres more. You might go up to 21 or 21½ litres just to compensate for the crud at the bottom of the fermenter. I wouldn't go further than that if you really want to make what you paid for.

Yeah the hops will probably soak up a bit, I can’t bring myself to put them in a hop sock, maybe a psychological thing but I feel you get so much more by just chucking them in although some will argue different
