Hey all,

Not sure if anyone has had any experience with a Lindr Beer Dispenser before, but I’m in the process of adding one of the Pygmy 20 non-K versions to my setup:

My plan is to sync it up with my 20L corny keg and I’m going for the non-K version as I understand that unlike the K version, it doesn’t use O2 to force beer through, but relies on your own CO2 supply. Obviously this is better for home brewers as the K version is primarily for occasions where the beer will be seen off in just a day or two.

The model I’m looking at is here: https://goo.gl/hF7jpM

I was wondering if anyone had any advice or tips in regards to setup and functionality and if there’s anything specific I need to know before I make the plunge?

Many thanks!

I have not used one but, I did use a line chiller with taps that was a nightmare to pour anything but foam, I know a good few people that use one of the things you link to with good results (using commercial kegs & key kegs) but I decided to build a kegerator in a fridge I got for £25 and it pours perfectly. Don't think theres much else to know about them as they are fairly simple.

I’ve used one from work on commercial kegs a couple of times for bbq’s etc, never let me down. Obviously the beer will spoil in a couple of days but if you plan on drinking it all before it does then there’s no problem.

Think it’s the ‘k’ version tho, it had no gas supply and relied on fresh air
