terrym Has hit the nail on the head as regards homebrewing.If one wishes to allways have on hand beer or wine for regular drinking the "stock" is enourmous.
I have known a few people get into the hobby with one demijohn or pressure barrel thinking they are now self suficiant.
in booze. when the truth hits home they then give up.Which is a shame.
