Looking to do a raspberry wheat beer for the summer, any suggestions welcome, my plan is
    1.5 Wilko wheat kit
    500g wheat spraymalt
    2 x 400ml lowicz raspberry syrup
    Kit yeast
    Top up to 22 litres
Anybody know if this sounds about right or any other suggestions?
Used lowicz syrup in turbo cider before with nice results.
    Thanks in advance

You could also use frozen (then defrosted) raspberries. I have made quite a few raspberry wheat beers and usually add about 3kg raspberries to the fermenter about 4 days in.

With Wilko kits, I tend to find doing the batches a tiny bit smaller (19-20L) makes the world of difference. But that does sound delicious.
