I added dry hops to my batch of Razorback IPA this evening. Should be bottling the beer on Monday. After secondary fermentation I will be leaving this to condition until Christmas. I’m looking forward to trying it. Hope mine turns out as well as yours.

Tried my first bottle tonight. It was lovely, really nice. I've another 39 x 500 ml bottles to enjoy.

OOh I've not had a brew day for ages and bought a few kits some weeks ago to try and rediscover my mojo but not had the motivation to even make up a kit. One of them is the razorback so may clock off early and get this on. For anyone who has done this one does it take long to come good or more one that can/ should be drunk fresh? I would be force carbing,

Cheers

Agreed. If you haven't already, give Mangrove Jack's Juicy IPA or Munton's Hazy IPA a go. They are also fab.
