Hello! Long time lurker, suddenly a member.
My name's Alex, I've been brewing for a year or so now give or take, and despite a setback late last year I've just hopped (pun intended) back on the brewing horse.
I generally make little batches in my fermentasaurus, and I'm trying to go back to basics after a bit of a mishap.
Brewed a beer, drank it happily for a week or so then all of a sudden drank a pint and threw my guts up like there was no tomorrow. Tried a few sips of the same stuff a week or so later and had the same reaction. It was enough to put me off brewing for a while.
But as I say, I'm back in the game now, and trying to work out what the bloody hell it was that made me so unwell, as well as generalised tips and direction for future brews.
I look forward to chatting with the lot of you!
