I've plenty of pale malt (25kg sack of Muntons) and a couple of packets of Kolsh yeast to use. Does anyone have a tip or two for using the two together?

Do you have any Vienna malt? Vienna makes everything better.

Use the Muntons, with 25% Vienna.

I'd be tempted to use 35g of Apollo at 60 mins, 15g at 10 mins, 15g Saaz at 10 mins, 35g Saaz at 0 mins. 50g Saaz dry hop.

Not saying it will work, but that's what I'd do ;)
