Hi Guys
Need help soon as. Got a recipe on the go. Not too sure how to interpretet it. Its a 60 minute boil recipe. Goes like
Bittering Hops
Fuggles 35 grams 60 mins
Styrian Golds 15 grams 60 mins
Fuggles 15grams 15 mins
Styrian Golds 15 grams 15 mins

Aroma Hops
Fuggles 15 grams 15mins
Styrian Golds 15 grams 15 mins

When do I add the Aroma Hops.
Help please.
regards
Patch

15 mins before the end of the boil, so 45 mins in although 15 minutes tends to be more for flavour, 5-0 mins is usually what I do for aroma.

if it was me I would wait with the aroma hops until ypur 60 mins are over, turn the boil off and add the hops then and steep while you are cooling.

I agree, 3 hop additions, first addition at 60 mins, second at 15 mins and put the last lot in when you turn the heat off then leave for 20 minutes.

I suspect that they are flame out hops, in which case I'd start your chilling and pop them in when the temperature is around 80°C then continue to chill.
