Currently able to do 1G BIAB and produce about 7-8 500ml bottles.
Current stock is 4kg og thomas fawcett vienna and lager malt (think it was advertised as British 2-row though)
hops - saaz, fuggles, goldings and northern brewer
yeast mgj bavarian m76
Bought the lot as hoping to create a pilsner as SWMBO enjoys that best, made a very nice "Saxe-Coburg" 80:20 vienna:lager, 20g northern 60min an d 5g saaz 5min
Looking for some other combinations people feel will work as Ive had 3-4 goes at experimenting my self - all drinkable some more than others!
