Red wine from red grape juice

This one had a nice colour! Four litres of Stute grape juice, sugar, yeast, pectolase and a little water. 14%, no tea. £8.76 from HealthPharm.co.uk plus £2.59 shipping plus VAT

I also ordered white grape juice but it's not in stock. I paid £20.11p for 8L - enough to make 12 bottles - so £1.67 a bottle.

Good to know. Especially the white grape juice which is very difficult to get hold of. Did they say when ie will be available?

I ordered 2nd April! Last heard from them 9th June. But they are very responsive and at the mercy of their suppliers. I'll post again if it arrives. I'll probably add some dried elderflowers to make a Gewurtz style wine.

The supplier refunded me on 27th August and said it was unavailable. Bummer. But next project is powdered white grape juice!

Powdered WGJ! Where do you get that from? Is it expensive?
