Ritchies simply ginger beer

i did a 40 pint brew of the simply alcoholic ginger beer i did the 8 and 10 days and bottled it a couple of weeks ago with a heaped teaspoon of sugar per 500 ml bottle and just cracked one i was surprised how dry it is is there any way to sweeten it up as the wife's not to keen on it? looks and and tastes like a very dry ginger cider

back sweaten it mate with canderel it dont ferment so it stays.

well done on making it mate i have just made some my self it didnt last more than 3 days once i bottled it lol it went down really nice
