Sanitation

I notice in the new version of Greg Hughes (and maybe the previous version but its in the shed so I have not looked) there is a whole double page devoted to sanitation. Is that not the removal of bathroom waste , having clean drinking water etc?

Surely the act of sanitising is sanitisation?
