Have taken delivery of the above kit to brew ready for the special day.
The kit comes with 2 tins of malt extract, teabag of grains and a tea bag of hops.
The instruction say both bags are to be boiled for 20 mins in 2 litres of water, which is then poured into the fermentation bucket, with the malt being added into the bucket as well.
The instructions then says to top the fermentation bucket up to 22.5 litres and to add the hop teabag. Add the yeast and leave to ferment.
I wanted to know when does the hop back want to be taken back out of the bucket, as there is no information when tbis should be done, and am guessing it is removed when the beer is bottled or kegged.
Any pointers will be greatly recieved.
Andy
