No doubt some of you have read my posts, and seen my signature, some prob wonder what it it!
I am currently getting about 25 high definition sports/movies/docu/entertainment channels, as well as standard definition channels for free, and have been getting this since 1989.
So, i just wanted to know if any of you guys also have the same sort of set-up, whether its a fixed, motorised, diseqc system, or if you have a dragon or diablo, matrix, K3 cards...cas3 programmers....

Also if you know what this means to you....i know that i am updating mine, and am excited to get the dutch package, not had that since the days of D2-MAC!
Updated all the emulator working:
»Version 2.3 ONLY« Irdeto2: Canal Digitaal Holland - Astra (19°E)

»Version 2.3 ONLY« Conax: Canaal Digital Nordic - Thor 3/5 (0.8°W)

»Version 2.3 ONLY« Irdeto2: Euro 1080

Just curious if any of you do the same..or slave to the sky empire!!!!
Thanks :thumb:

So thats what your signature is! Your a real satalite geek, that's gone waaaaaaay over my dish! :wha:
Each to their own, I could baffle you with ghost stuff like infrasound, emf fields, and ion counts per million.

I'm a sky + HD man. plug and play!

I'm interested. How much do these systems cost and are they legal? Can you pick them up cheap second hand?
(not the ghost ones  )

comms, these systems can cost from £79-£400, my receiver cost me £229, a year ago, but mine is a HD box, you can get ones that do the same as a Sky HD box, as well as a lot more that sky boxes just can't do! :)
Tell you what, when we meet up, will clue you up on it.

I guess you know then steve, how to watch sky box office without paying for the movies!!

And yes they are legal!
Muddy, take itn your into your ghostbusting

tell ya what, will pm you the method, just make sure the box is NOT connected to the phone line, and will NEVER be connected again, as you'll be charged for the ones you will have watched...give me a while to verify correct colouring!!

I have a freeview box and watch it occaisionally, the TV is on the blink and when it coughs it's last I'm not sure I'm going to replace it - I don't watch it that often

We booted out Sky + and replaced it with a Freeview PVR - i sometimes watch MOTD and will watch a match now and again on BBC or ITV the kids watch a bit of Cbeebies but thankfully they are more into reading and doing practical stuff :thumb:
