Ok - so got 2 kits on the go over the weekend. A Festival New Zealand Pilsner and a Youngs American IPA.
Well after I had finished them I was just about to write labels to tag to the FV's and I got distracted ( visitors !! )
When they had gone I couldnt remember which was which as my missus had moved them away from where they had been so she could get into a cupboard!!!!
One of them went off like a train and started quickly and produced lots of foam. The other has also started but not as quickly and no foam at all.
Now i've never done either of these kits before so not sure which is which.
Colour wise not much in it.
Does any of the above point to what either one might be ???

I agree also - but I have hops to add to both. Wanted to be sure the right hops went into the right brew !!

Have taste of the both beers. The AIPA will be citrussy even without the dry hops. The pilsner won't. Also I have brewed the AIPA and found the fermentation went off like a rocket at the beginning.
