Sea yeast

A studen at the University of Split has isolated yeast from sea water and made beer with it. Clove, fruit aromas, a bit like a sour beer.
Called the beer Sea Cucumber

Interesting read. Aslo, interesting is that Candida famata aka Debaryomyces hansenii, is the strain found in the beer of Harvey's of Sussex, which isn't too far from the sea.
