About as simple as it gets. 10 litres Aldi apple juice. Bottle of Lowicz raspberry. Teaspoon of tannin, half of yeast nutrient & pack of CML cider yeast then into the brew fridge for as long as it takes. Carbonate with a litre of apple juice, add a few spoons of canderel and wait a couple of weeks.
Just need the warm weather to continue. The first batch (blueberry & blackcurrant flavoured) is ging down well but is just a bit too tart.
