I'm going to test the carbonation of my IPA on Sunday night if it's good to go I'll send a bottle on Monday and it will arrive by Friday

No. I was planning on having my wife assist due to her excellent palate but with so many beers I am worried she will be asleep halfway through so going to rope a mate or 2 to assist.
