After coming back to brewing I have done 6 successful all grain brews where all my numbers were close enough for. Today I used a proper job cline kit that was not Braumeister 20l specific like my other brews. It started with 20.5l rather than normal 23l. The pump cut out twice and I needed to loosen the grain. My Braumeister also seems to be pushing water past the seal at the bottom of the malt pipe.
Then end result was an OG of 0.64 which is low by any standard. I've pitched it and popery it in my fermentation fridge.
What can I expect?

You don't mean 1.064 do you? And did you sparge ?
I did sparge and stopped at 28l pre boil as the recipe suggested but this meant I used about 4l less sparge water than suggested. In hind sight I can see where things went wrong.
