I think, in fact I know I am not the only member here who does a bit of cycling, maybe not all as obsessed as myself but nevertheless I thought anyone with an interest could post pictures of your bikes, it doesn't have to be an £10k super bike as long as you enjoy riding it, perhaps with a little bit about it or how you enjoy cycling.
So I have a few bikes and here is a handful of them..........

First my pride and joy the Ridley Noah SL, this aero bike took me to 10 race wins last year and I took first place in the Masters National points series for 2019. Sadly it has not been ridden at all this year.
Shimano Dura Ace Group set, Zipp aero bars, Campag Bora One 50mm wheels, Rotor chainset with Power2 max power meter.

Next up is my lightweight bike, the Orbea Orca with Dura Ace Groupset, deCadence Superlight carbon wheels K Force Hollowtech cranks, Power2Max powermeter and Selle Italia Carbon SLR Sadddle. This is for dry sunny days in the hills, I may get the chance to ride it on the Masters Hill Climb Championships next month but I have always shied away from the idea of a 4 minute vomit inducing effort, so have not yet decided. A pleasure to ride though.

Then third in line is my old race bike A Specialised Tarmac SL4 which has been downgraded to my wet weather training bike after I got knocked off it, still nice to ride just a bit heavier than the Orbea.

and finally the winter steed, a Dolan Dual, one of the few carbon frames to have proper mudguard eyes, fitted out with Shimano Ultegra and whatever wheels will go round. Mudguards fitted to protect the bike and rider from the wet and salty roads which will no doubt be with us all too soon.

And there you have it, I do have a couple of mountain bikes and an old steel Mercian but they don't get a lot of use these days.

Don't know much about bikes...bought a Boardman after my hip replacement to get fit and it had three years or more of constant use...I must get back on it as the feeling of getting fitter and stronger is great...
It's hiding under a pile of things in the garage ATM...shame on me.

Nothing wrong with a Boardman but of course it's not much use under a pile of things in the garage :laugh8: but then of course you know that. The thing with cycling is the stronger you get the more you enjoy it.💪💪💪

You're dead right there! I was hopelessly unfit and very weak and wasted after my hip op...took nearly a year to get to a stage where I felt safe to ride on the roads...I know it's no big deal to real cyclists but I got up to around 10 miles mostly easy going stuff.

That is a serious collection of bikes. I have a giant defy 2. It suits my needs as a part time cyclist. Would love to get into it more.

Giant Defy Advanced Pro. Carbon frame and Shimano 105 chain set. A proper work horse especially on the potholed roads around here.

Cube Stereo 29" wheel mountain bike. I did 40 miles cross country and forestry tracks on it yesterday. Full suspension for downhill that locks out for riding on roads.

One thing I really enjoy about cycling is the scenery. I used to do a fair bit of running as well. When your running you don't have time to enjoy your surroundings as much.. hopefully I will upgrade to full carbon soon enough

A nice brace of bikes in your stable, the Giant looks well cared for. When I last bought a MTB the 29ers were pretty new and I was in such a quandary what to go for, I got a Canyon Nerve 8.0 in the end but actually wish I had bought a hard tail, how do you find the 29? Wherabouts are you?

Sitting at work so I've only got a few pictures on my phone. First two are a giant scr and an orbea asphalt . 2nd two are a felt nine 50 and a orbea mx 27x20.

Well if that was your current bike i would be well impressed, I would actually like to buy such a beast, though more for decoration than deliveries :hat:

Unfortunately it belonged to the shop but you can still buy them on ebay -

I'm in South West Scotland which is a mecca for MTB. I love the 29er, it felt awkward at first but eats XC tracks. I don't do the very technical tracks so it suits perfect.

great part of the world, I'm the same, not great on the technical.

2001 Rockhopper a1 comp. Still going strong even if large chunks are not original anymore.
Classic, I have a fully rigid Diamond Back Axis Pro from 1990 I think it was, fully rigid it was the team issue bike for the XC at the time, fantastic bike, still going though I wouldn't say strong any more
